Am I missing anything? Do you feel there is a better resource for any particular subject? In particular, in some of these voluminous resources, are there areas that should be focused on (e.g. in Gross Anatomy, Embryo, etc.)?
Banks: Kaplan QBank, USMLE World, USMLERx
FA
Pathology: BRS, RR
Physiology: BRS
Pharmacology: Lippincott's
Microbiology & Immunology: CMMRS, Levinson's
Biochemistry: RR
Histology: HY
Cell/Molecular Biology: HY 1999
Embryology: HY
Gross Anatomy: HY
Neuroscience: HY
Behavioral Science/Biostatistics: BRS
In particular, I'm interested in whether it makes sense to do both RR and BRS pathology (do they provide different perspectives) and whether it makes sense to do both Kaplan QBank and USMLERx (I heard they were similar in style but that Rx is overly tailored to FA)?
