It says the molar solubility of CaCO3 is 9.3 x 10^-5 and CaF2 is 2.2 x 10^-4 and that CaF2 is more soluble.

Shouldnt the one with the smallest molar solubility, be the more soluble?

It says in TBR in bold "The compound with he smallest molar solubilty precipitates first" thus doesnt that means smaller molar solubility = more soluble?

Yes, it does.
2.2 x 10^-4 is larger than 9.3 x 10^-5 (=0.93 x 10^-4).
This means that CaF2 has higher value and is more soluble.

Got it so basically Higher the molar solubility = MORE soluble.

And lower the molar solubility = LESS soluble thus that is is why it precipitates first?
