Don't worry about doing things to get you into medical school. If it is something you are passionate about and have a sincere interest in, then it will end up helping you get in!
Doesn't sound like something that *I* would enjoy.
Something to keep in mind--you generally want to stay positive during your interview. I can only imagine that questions about your experience in that internship would dampen the mood.🙁
If you are really excited about the autopsies, go for it!
But otherwise, realize that you'll have a good semester of anatomy in med school and do something that you truly enjoy (like working with mentally challenged children or volunteering in a retirment home).
