Don't worry about doing things to get you into medical school. If it is something you are passionate about and have a sincere interest in, then it will end up helping you get in!
Doesn't sound like something that *I* would enjoy.
Something to keep in mind--you generally want to stay positive during your interview. I can only imagine that questions about your experience in that internship would dampen the mood.
If you are really excited about the autopsies, go for it!
But otherwise, realize that you'll have a good semester of anatomy in med school and do something that you truly enjoy (like working with mentally challenged children or volunteering in a retirment home).
