Hi everyone; So I'm a 4th year and i just finished a really difficult radiology elective that I was warned about because of unrealistic expectations of the instructor. Great experience but I unfortunately ended up with a pass. In fact the whole class did!! Anyway, just wondering how that might affect my application in the grand scheme. I have mid 240s on step 1 and 5 of 7 honors in 3rd year. I'm sure I'll have to explain it, but is it really a big deal?

Shouldn't matter. At least not very much. I would think most PDs/committees know how bunk diagnostic rads electives are by now.

I know a guy that just matched to a very good program despite a subpar clerkship grade. 4th year grades should be banned anyway.
