I work at a doctor’s office as a telehealth coordinator. While I do have some clerical tasks such as taking care of insurance information, I also speak to patients everyday to clarify physician instructions and have redirected them to the appropriate contact during medical emergencies. Does this count as clinical experience?

Just make sure you describe it in the best possible light to make it seem as clinical as possible

Are you on the phone or Zoom? Do you e er see them in person? Maybe just leave out the “tele”and say health coordinator or ask if you could be a patient resource or something!
