is this concept right....if u increast the pressure of above the solution, more gas will dissolve into the solution but if u decrease the pressure above the solution less gas will dissolve?

does this have to do with raoult's by ne chance? and are they talking bout the vapor pressure?

No, by pressure, they mean atmospheric pressure.

When you increase the atmospheric pressure above a solution, more gas molecules can be compressed and forced into the solution.

Raoult's law is associated with the vapor pressure of the solution and the mole fractions of the compounds present in the solution.

where can i find more information on the atmospheric pressure increasing and decreasing i remember reading it somewhere but i dont remember where....or can u go indepth on a type of question they may ask dealing with this concept

liquid <======> vapor
apply " Le Chatelier" principal . if you decrease the vapor presure more liquid will changed to vapor and if you increase the pressure vapor will condense to liquid.( we assume the system is closed of course)

Yes you are correct. Think about a bottle of soda. After it is left outside and gets warm it gets flat because the CO2 solubility decreases. Also when you shake it up it can explode because increased pressure and the gas is absorbed more.

agree with mddang. I remember that type of question/problem from physics, either way same concept.
