Hi all!
I am applying for a summer internship and need 2 letters of recommendation. I recently had two of my professors write me letters for my masters program, which were submitted through my school's application portal without me being able to see them. Would it be rude of me to reach out to these professors and ask if I could have a copy of the letter they wrote me?

you could just ask them to send it to the program directly

Totally unrelated to the topic but just saw your signature, are you really committing to NYT? I thought KCU > NYITCOM

Thanks

And at OP, ask them to send it directly to the program because a SMP is different from a research opportunity.

I liked KCU but after much reflection I decided going to the midwest from the east coast would be too much of a change and i'd be without a support system if needed, and I live 30 minutes away from NYIT so my debt load is lower compared to KCU due to being able to live at home etc.

EDIT: also to OP, I would explain that this is for something different than your masters program, just in case they have to change some wording

Yup. I'd simply tell you "no" to your face. There's a reason why those letters are confidential.

School expect that you waive your right to see the letters.
