Hey.

I am trying to not waste a year, and so I am facing an 8 class marathon in 3 semesters (winter = 5 weeks, spring = 4 months, and summer = 5-6 weeks).

I wanted to ask for your advice:
1. Is this even possible?
2. Having this amount of classes ahead of me will not make me a weak candidate (as the admission committee is left with little information about my grades - and are based only on 30 units taken, instead of the 64 required)?
3. Would you recommend spreading it ("loosing" that year) for better emphasizing on the science classes?
4. I am applying for USC Dental Hygiene Program (or at least I want to).

Below is my desired scedule - for you to consider.

THANK YOU!!!

It's possible but it will not be fun. If you think you can handle it, and won't suffer from a detrimental drop in your GPA from biting off more than you can chew, give it a shot if not spending an extra year in school means that much to you.

This past quarter for me was biochem, microbio, psychobio, and a literature class. on top of submitting secondaries/interviewing/etc. I can tell you my GPA definitely took a hit.

Compared to Dental School I think it is easily possible, once you get used to it, you'll look back and were glad you did it. I guess that is only if you got the grades needed. It will also help you in dental school.

It'll be good for you. Make sure you continue your ECs

LOL, have fun hating yourself. You'll reap the benefits if you finish your plan successfully though.
