So every year i start a group for the Breast Cancer walk on Jones beach and i just realized this could totally be considered a leadership role, am i right? it'd be nice to have a resume booster i didn't even realize about lol

Sure. Not the greatest leadership experience. But if you do the fundraising and organizing etc, that is leadership.

It's a great leadership experience.

If you are able to talk about how it relates to leading other people and then relate that to yourself + medicine, it's an amazing leadership experience.

Not everybody likes herding cats, you know.
