Is this the only resource for MCAT 2016 Topics?

Anyone know if this is the only resource for mcat 2016 topics?

I remember the 2014 one being much much shorter (like 10 pages max) while this one is over 100 pages long. I know the new mcat is longer, but it seems like the new topic document is SUPER long.
