I'm taking the following biology classes as a post-bac student:

Cell Biology
Molecular Biology
Immunology
Biochem 2

All the courses above have exams based off of lecture notes except for Molecular Biology which is straight out of the text book...but its going through about a chapter a week..so not so bad. My original plan was to take the MCAT in August but now I'm beggining to consider taking it in the spring. Do you guys out there think this is doable, or should I save myself the stress and take the MCAT in August. Either way I will be applying to Med School this June, even if my scores come out late as an august mcater.

Your responses will be much appreciated.

If at all possible, take the MCAT in April. It really does help because you can interview earlier and get a slot while there are still some open.

🙂
Good luck!

I'm not really sure if it is possible, that's kind of the point of my post🙂 . Do you think it is? Or would I go crazy trying to make it happen which could lead to far worse events.

Thanks for the replies so far!!

I apologize; I thought you were asking about courses you wanted to take.

Hmm.... MCAT.... That is a tough courseload. How prepared do you feel for the Verbal?

I'd take the MCAT in April anyway. In case you are not satisfied with the results, you would still have the august option left
