Is US Address mandatory for applying for Step 3?

Hi!
I'm an IMG, wishing to apply for Step 3. Currently I'm at my home country. The step 3 application process is asking Address. But there is no option for my home country (there are few options, all of which are US, Canada or their terroties, islands).
So should I look for someone in US, and ask them their address to enter in the application?
