hi doan! I have a dell pocket pc that i am trying to download useful programs to help as i start my ophtho next week I went to iowa website as well to other sites suggested here, but the downloads are for palm only?
For example, i downloaded iowa oncall survival guide. But the file doesn't open, its on my desktop, not sure where to go from there.
Does anyone know if i can download wills eye manual for free for pocketpc?
I am assuming that's probably what i need to begin with?

Make sure you download the iSilo software before downloading the files. I think it's free for a month maybe...
