ISO: PHP coder to work on open source quiz bank app

I'm a first year medical student and have identified a need for an open source quiz bank application. I've outlined a structure for the application using PHP and MySQL and plan to begin work on it over my winter break. If you've got PHP chops and are interested in collaborating on the project let me know. We'll be using SVN to manage the project.
