For isomers, (like between geometric isomers, enantiomers, diastereomers) would there be any differences in physical properties like boiling point or melting point?

Depends on the type of isomers. Structural isomers have vastly different physical properties in general. Geometric isomers also have different physical properties due to differences in "stacking" ability and dipole moment. Diastereomers as well, but to a lesser extent. Of the isomers, the only ones which have nearly identical physical properties are enantiomers, which differ only in optical rotation of light.
