I interviewed there this past January and will be re-interviewing there this October. The interview was extremely easy and laid back. The gentleman I was interviewed by was a retired Urologist who basically filled out a form asking things like:
1) What was your high school rank?
2) Why do you want to be a doctor?
3) Is there anything you want the admissions committee to know that wasn't on your application?
4) Do you want to specialize, if so, in what?
5) Where else did you apply?
6) Why do you want to go to IUPUI?
It was very straight forward and you have nothing to be nervous about. Just know who you are and be confident in yourself. I like to turn things around and interview them about why they do what they do, what their passion is outside of medicine, what is the biggest problem they face in medicine today etc... They will see you are confident and they like that.
