For anyone on QBank, what is your take on the IV Bank? I've got 24% left on regular qbank I will hopefully have done early next week. I hear IV is to some degree easier.

Has anyone who's already taken Step 1 used the IV QBank and if so how'd you like it?

I like it because you can read one passage and test 5 concepts. I think that's more efficient than reading new questions every time.

I think IV is easier than regular Qbank, hopefully more like the real deal.

I was just looking for other people's thoughts on this very topic. I find the regular QBank questions to vary greatly in difficult by topic. Some topics are only moderately difficult for me while others totally destroy me. In IV QBank I'm a lot more consistent and get higher percentages. Do any previous test takers have insight on this?

I tried to use my IV Qbank but didn't feel like I was learning efficiently from it. However, regular Qbank wasn't all that amazing either. I know a couple of friends who actually used a good amount of IV Qbank and gave up on it after a while, and didn't really think it helped them on the exam.

As far as assessing yourself, Qbank undoubtedly is too far out there for some topics (anatomy, pharm); if you want a good question source to assess yourself, take an NBME. However, if you want something to boost your ego (which is not necessarily a bad thing), it sounds like you should continue with IV, and if you want to learn from questions I think almost any source (Qbank with a grain of salt, IV, UW, Robbins) can be very useful if you like it and use it correctly.
