The tooth with the greatest variation in tooth size and shape is the max lateral.
Can anyone explain what this means exactly?

size and shape varies more often than remaining teeth.like dens in dente ,micro or macrodontia etc

It's the greatest variation of anterior teeth. Peg lateral is one of the common anomalies.

Third molars have the greatest variation overall

Is erosion due to citric fluids most often seen on the labial or palatal surface of the incisors?
The answer I saw said labial ..........when I think it should be palatal.

The answer is labial becasue the citric fluid come in contact with the labial surface but when erosion is seen on the palatal site it may be due to the chronic vomitting becasue at that time the acids come in contact with the palatal surfaces.
