I'm about to apply to several chains; what is the best way to do this after the application is submitted? (Is there someone to call?) (How does one know which district is not saturated and/or has a position open?) All I'm doing is submitting and then following up with DMs.
Also, I plan to apply to multiple districts in a state. Is this a mistake? will a DM or HR person see I applied everywhere and think I am not serious about his district? I tried calling corporate headquarters and got no where when I was trying to get information on what districts may be in need.
Some websites allow one to apply directly to a district with no specific job attached, while other websites (sometimes the same) allow one to apply to a specific job. However, there does not to be many jobs, for instance only 25 in FL for CVS. Jobs must not all be posted.
How does this situation differ for hospital or non-chain jobs, in applying and getting the app looked at?
I could really use some help. My school was not good about this info.
