I have three job interviews quite a ways from where I currently reside and all within relatively close proximity to one another (several hours drive). It feels kind of nice to know that they'll be paying for my rental car, room and flights. The "problem" is that they've all agreed to do this and to make travel arrangements for me.

Is it good form to alert them to one another and suggest that costs be shared? I'm specifically referring to flights and rental cars. Hotel rooms they might divide. I just wouldn't feel ethical having one location foot the entire bill for the flight and rental car since they happened to make the first offer for transport.

Have any of you ever been in a similar situation?

I'm sure that they deal with this routinely and wouldn't mind my bringing it up. That said, I thought I'd ask here first.

If you can put them all together, just let the programs know which days you'll need the hotel and car covered and which not. I don't think there's any need to tell the programs about each other and the program coordinator is going to be totally swamped this time of year and not want to make your travel arrangements any more complicated than necessary.
