It's probably a legitimate offer, but it does seem shady to just make a vague post (the way scammers do) JustKeepLinning, why wouldn't you put a link to your webpage (not that its that hard to find), and an actual job listing (or at least a listing for the jobs that you currently have pharmacists working at.) Why don't you have an employment information on your website (most legitimate company websites, will have job information on their website, as well as current openings.

I've actually been searching for jobs in Massachusetts, and his company has been popping up in sponsored/ad results. I assume he's not just provided a link to apply (http://www.careerbuilder.com/jobsee...wNewJDP=yes&IPATH=JEECXP&emailversion=cb_ej_b) because the company has a referral structure of some sort.
