Job prospect

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
I practice in CA. Owners I have come in contact with really only care if you are licensed and capable, not if you are foreign or domestic trained.

Thanks everyone... Yes visa sponsorship is my concern.. Do employers do that easily?

Usually corporate offices will do visa sponsorship, but they pretty much have you on the spot (or lack of a better term, have you by the balls). Produce and do as we say or gtfo. Private offices, I haven't heard them going through H1-B sponsorship for potential associates.

I wouldn't look for a job, but search for an "opportunity." Many open jobs are open for a reason, and it's best to do your research on your prospective employer as far as compensation, benefits, work environment, and career growth. Take your time, and wait for the right "opportunity" before picking a place to work. Know what you want and what the expectations are from the position you're seeking. All the best.
