Does anyone know where I can find a comprehensive list of all the journal articles an inpatient, outpatient, gyn, peds, or whichever attending would expect me to have read prior to starting residency?

I can remember very few studies from my med school days and they were mostly cardio-based (COURAGE, AFFIRM, TIMI) but in addition to re-reading these, I'm looking to find a permanent go-to resource for articles, so that when a patient falls on the list with X disease I can suggest some current form of management as such : "An article in the blank blank of blank said that X disease responded favourably to Y cure after they conducted a meta-analysis". I understand that I will be relying a lot on UpToDate and Medscape/Epocrates during clinical years, but I still feel it's important for me to begin forming a habit of reading journal articles.

From what I have seen, the AAFP website seems to have a multitude of available journals to browse, each with an archive of issues to which I do not yet have access (I'm assuming my residency will grant me access near orientation but will nonetheless be inquiring with them tomorrow). Can anyone here confidently say that they basically have just used the AAFP website, or just one of any other website whenever they have wanted to read journals? From my third-person observer understanding, a resident's knowledge base is only as good and as current as how many of these articles they read plus whichever sections of Harrison's they quickly cover when they see a disease, and then I guess how many board exam questions they do per day as well, while reading their explanations.
