Same, I definitely have like 5 questions I know i got wrong, 2 of them i knew the answer for but still picked the wrong answer by overthinking. But time will tell

Hello! Im sure you did just fine. Reminder that 50 of those don't count (and are probably the more difficult ones). Do you think it was extremely different from the PEATs (specifically retired)? like 5 x or 10x harder than the peats or what do u think? thanks

I thought it was about 2-3x tougher but not a lot tougher that I’m like oh **** I think I actually failed. I just came in super confident and came out questioning myself, but it seems like it’s a normal feeling. Just hoping I did enough to pass.
 
Took it yesterday, honestly, even if I studied for another month I would've still gotten some of those questions wrong. Overall the test was 60% freebies and the rest are 50/50 guesses. The biggest limiting factor was probably the anxiety otherwise it's the same difficulty as the PEATs. I'm so used to getting my score right away after a practice exam, but guess we will see in a week. My study method primarily practice exams and reading the explanations, probably not the ideal method but Hoping for the best.

ScoreBuilders + OA: 53,59,70,78,80
TherapyED: 68,66,76
PEATs: 78,74,81,84

When do you suspect that we will hear back? I know that it says scores are technically supposed to be released on Aug 4…. but I’ve heard that you usually hear back 6 days from when you take it. I’m hoping that if you took it on July 27 you’d hear back Monday Aug 2 but who knows lol
 
I took it yesterday and also felt it was tougher than the PEATs. Lots of questions where extra studying would not have helped. I walked out feeling pretty unsure if I passed, but also felt that way when finishing my last few practice exams.

Practice peat: 68% (540-560 something) before studying
SB 1 - 58% SB 2 -65% SB 3 -66%
1.5 weeks before exam: Final Frontier: 630
5 days before NPTE: Retired peat: 639

And now we wait...
 
Took it today; practice scores:
SB: 76, 82, 80
Ther Ed: 77, 78, 72
Peat form: 82, 88
retired NPTE peat: 77, 86

felt like it wasn’t awful, definitely
Missed an easy couple by over thinking. :/
 
Took it Thursday. Do you think those outside of the 27-28 window will hear later? Online it says we won’t know until the 16th :/

I took it on Thursday as well but I am thinking we will hear before Aug 16. When I finished the test it told me a free score report would be available in 10 days

I did well on my PEATs but I feel like I just choked on the real NPTE. The anxiety got to me...and I second-guessed myself too much. I've already counted a handful I for sure missed as I looked some up...to make things worse I still have to wait until the 16th. Any words of encouragement would help right now.

FSBPT posted 99% of those who pass the Retired PEAT go on the pass the NPTE. If I was a betting man in a Casino, regardless of how you felt Id put money on you passing this exam. I walked out feeling pretty good, was just a bit spooked by everyone telling me that was the hardest exam they've ever taken, making me think I missed something. Everyone in my graduating class passed the exam.

I felt the same exact way and ended up passing so don’t lose hope! Your brain tends to focus on the things you didn’t know while neglecting to remind you of all the things you did know.

I felt the exact same way and I kept looking up questions and realizing I got them wrong it was alot to deal with and the waiting is awful but just remember that 50 get thrown out, they curve a bunch and you for sure did better tthan you think...everyone said this to me but I was still panicked but I passed! You worked hard and it will show!
 
WTH WAS THAT. I just took it :/. Completely different from the peats (besides some concepts). So many questions that didn’t cover what I studied and I used final frontier as my main resource and following basically everything and therapyed (some concepts). For me it Feels impossible to pass this test if they are guna ask so many questions that seem so foreign. Even a lot of the easier ones made me second guess myself. I’m probably just focusing on the harder questions and ones I know I got wrong but still the feeling sucks. Ugh.

Took it August 4th and still patiently waiting scores. Pretty nervous but wanted to reach out and say as of today no report yet.
 
I took my exam last Tuesday. Initially I felt ok about it but now I just keep thinking about all of these questions that I might have gotten wrong and a couple easy ones that I know I got wrong. There were just so many that I was between two answers, and I just hope I chose the right one on enough of them. I go through periods of feeling like I did enough to pass and other moments where I feel like there is no way I passed.

Nice job!!! Did the score report show what passing was? I heard it was around 135-137 Q’s out of 200
 
No scores yet 🙏🏻. I left in my survey a little of my frustrations with FSBPT. It just feels like there could be a better way to do this process. If not a better way, they could at least have better communication throughout the process as to why they can’t tell you your score sooner. Are there different stages? How many people are working on your test? Will scores be released on the 16th or within 10 days? Are those business days or regular days because it depends on your source apparently? Anyway I hope we get our scores today but I needed to rant sorry. I hope everyone passes!!!

You’re not alone, I left some words on that survey also. It’s kinda ridiculous that we had to wait this long. It’s not healthy lol

It’s around 8:30am in Alexandria Virginia. The peeps at FSBPT are sitting in the break room right now drinking their second cup of coffee laughing about how they may have a third before pressing the enter key to upload our scores. It must be nice to have a monopoly on a market for 30 years so that customer feedback doesn’t mean 💩
