Directed at the elders:

I know this might seem a bit silly to be asking, but what can we expect as far as the examination itself?

Are we allowed or given refference materials like calculators or a periodic table?

What are the procedures for the lunch break and what kinds of Identification are acceptable (in addition to a drivers license of course, for instance, would a University Photo ID suffice?)

No periodic table? I certainly hope they don't expect us to memorize oxidation states and determine relative ionization energies of obscure elements as Kaplan is suggesting.

Unfortunately, you do have to memorize oxidation numbers. How have you prepared for the test so far?

Thus far I've been self-study with Kaplan's 2010-2011 PrepBook and REA's Flashcard book.

For Verbal ability I've just been researching the definition of every single unfamiliar word I've come across, including every correct and incorrect option provided in REA's book.

What is an oxidation number?

You don't get a periodic tablet, but you wouldn't find one particularly helpful for the most part anyway. I didn't memorize anything off the period table and did just fine.
