I really want to do a surgery speciality which is why I prefer an MD, but I would be fine with a DO if that was my only option.
I am a Washington state resident, male, Asian.

I hope to apply in 10 months so the hours may increase

Undergrad gpa so far 3.82
Science gpa so far (if psychology 101 counts as a science as well) 3.8

Haven’t taken mcat yet

Student senate for 2 years, made a few changes.
Undergrad research will have been for 1 year when I apply (ongoing)
Clinical volunteer (80 hours)
Homeless shelter volunteer (10 hours)
Scribe volunteer (25 hours)
Shadowing in rural areas (40 hours)
Shadowing neurosurgery (20 hours)
Shadowing a cardiologist (20 hours)
Job at a public health research organization (252)
Job helping clinical research information management and some tumor delivery/misc. tasks (ongoing 1 year)
Snowboard instructor (126)

I don’t have any professors who I know for LORs yet, and I am dreading the essays and interviews.

Would like some advice or suggestions on if I should improve anything and what medical schools I should apply to.

Current list

UW
WSU
Pnw school of osteopahic medicine maybe
Uniformed services medical school
......

GPAs are great. Need drastically more nonclinical volunteering and clinical experience. ~150 hours each seems to be the magic number.

Your hours better increase. Your ECscare very weak at this point. We really can’t predict your chances without your MCAT SCORE. When you get that let us know. In the mean time buff up those ECs.
