During my first two year of college, I managed to maintain my grades and I ended up with a 4.0 in each year. This year has been different. I am taking some really hard major classes right now. I'm expecting that my junior year GPA will be around 3.5. Will this be a be a big red flag? My GPA will still be considerably high(3.86 cum/3.81 BCMP) but I'm afraid that grade trends do matter...

FYI, I finished all of the prereqs in the first two years of college...

Grade trends do matter but I don't think going from 4.0 semesters to a 3.5 semester will be a major red flag. As long as you are taking a full course load and can explain any glaring problems with your transcript I think you will be good to go. As for your last statement, I think many people complete the pre-req's in the 1st 2 years or so. Good luck...
