does anyone of here in SDN knows about admission to dental school with donation? how much do they want if you not great stat student, but with fair stats? while I was studying DAT, I just came up with the idea of people who have wealthy parents so they can get into the school with $$$.

I would say you need to drop atleast 500k to make up for low grades/GPA.

If you parents give a huge donation to the school and you just happen to get accepted doubt anyone would notice. Not a fair world but you have to just go about and do the best for yourself.

if a parent donated a lot of money to the school, the school should absolutely return some sort of favor and educate the child of the donator, what is this a one way street, connections run the world.
