Do you mean for visiting students? Because they really don't need (or honestly want) students from other schools gumming up their rotation schedule.

I went to UW. Honestly it’s because they have 250 third year students that rotate through and they have to give around 90 fourth year students a sub-I at the appropriate time. It’s no easy feat. Plus, it’s not like they are hurting for applicants for residency and get the top residents already.

Are are pretty famous for their rejection email for PCCM fellowship
