I have been content reviewing on and off for about a month and I'm no where near done. Can't i just stop and do all the aamc's and the berkley review cbt's and be fine for the mcat?

Thats a bad idea. You need to understand all concepts so that you can get a high score. If you get alot of questions right on the cbt's, then maybe thats enough for you.

If you feel like you're dragging on content review or it's taking too long, try using Chad's videos or another source so you don't rely fully on self-studying. Watch the videos and take notes, then do hundreds of questions/passages on the topic and THEN focus on practice tests.

Take AAMC#3 and see how you do.
One of the biggest myths about MCAT is that you have to know a lot of materials for it.
FACT: you dont at all.
