All went pretty well. Only unexpected thing was my #12 DO turned into a MOD. The tooth had a very prominent M concavity so the gingival floor had a concavity. Also, since #12M butts against the canine, the L wall of my M box was about 2 mm from the L of the canine. The M box was small, but it appears the box is overextended due to the size of the adjacent tooth (#11). Anyone think that the concavity in my gingival floor and the "appearance" of overextension on the M will hurt? I mean, how can you get a box small enough to be ideal when butting against the small contact of the canine and still have adequete room for amalgam??
