Just submitted - Transcript/Personal Statement in Post Office

Just submitted my application and applied to programs, but when I look at individual programs, it says USMLE transcript and Personal Statement are not yet uploaded to post office??? How long does it take to upload to post office? I thought it was immediate? My LORS and photo were uploaded a few weeks ago.

Kind of worried that when programs start reviewing, they won't see the USMLE transcript and personal statement now!

Sometimes the transcript and PS take a few days to upload, but programs re-download data on a semi-regular schedule. I submitted my app before my PS was done and within a few days of submitting all the programs I applied to downloaded it. Most likely they will wait until your application is complete before reviewing your application anyways (i.e. transcripts, PS, LORs, MSPE, etc).

So...essentially, if you had waited just 12-18 hours, you would have had the answer to your own question.

How quickly do you expect labs to come back? You may be disappointed next year.
