"For the 2009-2010 application cycle, please indicate activities, coursework, employment, or other occupations for that period to account for full-time involvement." is simply asking what I want to do for the year of 2009-2010 correct? I wasn't sure if they meant the period of my undergraduate career or that specific period between 2009-2010.

They mean for the whole undergraduate career (and if there is something very impressive/cool from high school, then put that it too)
