Just Took Kaplan's Diagnostic Test

Here were my scores:

Verbal Ability- 457
Reading Comp- 420
Biology- 383
Quant. Ability- 434
Chemistry- 448
Overall Score- 428

I'm not sure what these scores mean. Are they good? I need to score in at least the 65% percentile overall, and my test date is July 17th. I got these results with no prior studying.

Also, from those experienced with this exam, what should I do to improve?

And is this practice test a good measure of success on the real thing? At the top of the page, it said "PCAT 2008 Test Drive," so I wonder if this exam isn't outdated.

If it was the 2013 test you would be good to go... They changed it a bunch since 2008.
400 ~ 50%
430 ~ 90%
445-450 ~ 99%

Looks like you are in the 90 Composite range for that test.
Based on those numbers I listed when I took the 2013 Kaplan I estimated a 99.
Then I took all 3 pearson tests and was in the 80-99 category on every subtest.
Real PCAT got a 97. So it is pretty close.
Even with that score on the old test I would think you are still much above 65%.
