Check the website of the particular pod school you are considering, but they're basically the same as MD/DO (except average gpa and MCAT are still a bit lower at most pod schools):
-BA/BS or 90+ credits with the required core sciences (bio, chem, org, physics, etc)
-MCAT (some schools take GRE or DAT for this ending app cycle, but don't count on it in the future)
-LORs (including a letter from a DPM you've shadowed)
