Kaiser Permanente and CVS/Pharmacy

Just had a few quick questions for those who work or have worked for these two companies.

Anyone know the starting pay rate for Northern California and what's your experience with these companies? Do KP outpatient pharmacists enjoy their job?

I worked at kaiser as an intern. They pay the best but having connection is the key to getting a job there.
