KansasCOM VS SGU med school

Hi! I recently got accepted into KansasCOM and SGU. I don't know which school to pick because they both have their ups and downs. Any input would be great, Thank you!

KansasCOM Pros:
U.S. Medical school
Higher chance of matching into residency

KAnsasCOM Cons:
DO
Pre-accredited
3D dissection labs
Core rotations are in kansas
No match history into residencies

SGU pros:
Established school with connections to all major hospitals in the U.S.
Human cadavers
MD
Match history in all specialties

SGU cons:
Caribbean medical school
Harder to match into residency

You should never go to the Caribbean. The MD thing is silly as well once you see it is not a US MD.

Kansas com. Literally any US based medical school is better than the Caribbean.

If you have a choice between a US DO school and the Caribbean, you’d be a fool to choose the Caribbean. Doesn’t matter of the Caribbean degree is an “MD”. Matching anything will be much harder in general, and matching competitive specialties will be even more difficult out of the Caribbean than out of a DO school.
