Step III Kaplan answer to released step 3

Hi guys. I went over and downloaded the kaplan answers to the step 3 released stuff from the NBME. however, kaplan only has answers to blocks 1-3. I noticed that there's a block 4. does anyone have the explanation to that block? Or even explanations to the CCS apart from the feedback the NBME gives you at the end?
