Kaplan BB cd and Achiever Mechanical Problems

I have been searching for answers for hours.

I can't do Kaplan BB cd test rc section because when I click on the arrow it moves down too much as it skips some sentences. Then, the scroll on the mouse doesn't work. Is there anyway to fix this problem?

About the achiever, it gives me an error called run-time error '13' type mismatch. I tried disabling UAC, running as an admistrator, and enablilng/disabling the firewalls, etc.

These problems makes me just wanna buy Kaplan online.

Please help if you know how to fix these problems!

I am not sure about the achiever but for Kaplan I had the same problem.

I don't think it is possible to fix tho... I know it is very annoying when you are doing RC...Sorry that I can't help you,,,🙁
