Is Kaplan Biology material a good outline of what material needs to be studied?

It is pretty good. With some hard work, I got a 14.

If anything, I felt it was a little too detailed.

This statement makes me feel pretty good, but I am sure I will be humbled this weekend when I take a diagnostic  .

Someone told me that Kaplan microbio is not detailed enough. Do you guys agree? Should I refer to another source when I'm studying micro to get all the info?

I only used the Kaplan stuff to study and my real MCAT was full of micro stuff. I felt really unprepared for that (especially since I never took a micro class), but I still managed to pull off a 13.
