I have been studying out of the blue MCAT book for the genchem, o-chem and bio sections and was wondering if this would be suffient for those sections on the DAT, or should I buy the DAT book?

How much difference is there between these 2 two books for the 3 sections mentioned?

There is no difference. My friend's Kaplan MCAT book is identical to my DAT book. However, the book only helps to a certain degree. The real key is to take the Kaplan practice tests, go over the answers and explanations of the incorrect choices. Kaplan practice tests are WAY harder than the actual test.
