Kaplan course with TBR Books

I've heard a lot about how TBR physics and chem tops all others. I signed up for a Kaplan course, and I'm on Session 4. I was wondering if you recommend I continue with the course, but instead of reading the Kaplan books, read TBR books instead...Or should I just drop the Kaplan course entirely?
