Hi All,

I'm new to the forum, my question is directed towards those who took the Kaplan classroom course and have taken the MCATs. How accurate are the science topicals and subject tests with regard to the MCATs? Are they representative of the kinds of questions you faced on the MCAT? I've heard that the Kaplan physics/gen chem practice demands more calculation than the actual thing which asks more conceptual type questions. Is that true? So should I focus more on the concepts then, and if there is a lot of calculation on the real MCAT, is it more difficult than the Kaplan practice materials?

How accurate are the 5 practice tests Kaplan gives? Are they harder or easier than the real MCAT?

If someone could answer these questions for me, it would be really appreciated.
