I didn't. I just skipped that part because it seemed very low yield. Granted, I had already taken the MCAT once before and gotten an "R" on my own, so I didn't think I needed to mess with something that wasn't broken. If my writing sample takes a bit of a dive to a "P" or a "Q" I'm not too worried about it as long as my numbers are up. That "R" didn't do jack for me last cycle...
