has anybody used this, i am having a lot of trouble with the physical portion and thought this could maybe help, what do you guys think?

I think you should only look at the topics that you are not sure about rather than going through the whole thing (it'd be a waste of time).. Kaplan high yielding book goes into way too much detail in my opinion...
plus if you are not already using EK, then try that.

I think EK is pretty weak on Physics. If you have an extra 50 lying around I would drop it on BR any day over EK physics.

The high yield guide looks good, it is very detail heavy in the Physics. I use it primarily for Ochem. I'll probably just hit the key point on the even page numbers for physics, if I even use it for physics.
