The kaplan rep was at our school today actually. She said the only way you can get that book is by purchasing one of their packages (meaning it cannot be purchased online anywhere). She even went so far as to say that it is "illegal" for a 3rd party to sell them. That seems a little extreme to me but thats what she said....
