I have the opportunity to take Kaplan's MCAT as a gift from someone. I can either do the 'on-demand' course or the 'anywhere' course. Any thoughts about which is better from folks who have either taken one of the courses or has researched this topic?

I would personally prefer the Anywhere course because it has interactive content. I found the discussions I had in my On-Site class to be very helpful; I definitely would have missed out on some stuff without that. The On Demand are just pre-recorded sessions. You actually have access to those in your online syllabus in case you miss a class anyway.

Thanks Crafty. Your comments are in line with what I thought.

Once question... When you take the online course for how long after the course ends do you have access to the online practice tests, QB and such.

Kaplan is really awesome on that front. I think they have some set date that your subscription expires (based on when you initially tell them you are sitting for the exam), but you can just call 800-KAPTEST and tell them your actual test date if it's different. They'll reset it to end shortly after that. I thought I was taking mine in May but ended up signing up for a September date instead; Kaplan extended, no problem.

Good luck!
