Kaplan might no longer issue I-20 for NBDE1&2 from 2007.
So those who were planning to shift to KAPLAN university, should consider some other alternatives.

Its better you call 1 800-kap-test and find out. I am not sure.

It happened to me in the worse possible timing, imagine I was in the Boulder branch of KAPLAN with all documents, last monday, and the lady told me that they've just come up with that dicision on Friday!!! from out of the blue!!! It just didnt make any sense, so I came home, and called the 800 #, it was true.
