Kaplan Qbank during fall

My plan is to do Kaplan bank during the fall during classes. I also wanted to review some physiology relevant to the system we're covering. I didn't intend to start reading FA until January when the new edition comes out. Is it possible to get as much out of Qbank without having read FA?

Yes, some people never read FA and do quite well on tests.
