Has anyone found it to be a bit absurd, I can't find half of the damn drugs in epocrates.

Kaplan is quite esoteric - especially for pharm and micro. That is why I ditched it after completing 70% of the questions. Just use it as a learning tool, rather than a gauge of subject mastery.....

usmleworld pharm and micro questions seem to be more fair and on par with what ive seen on nmbe's. the only thing kaplan taught me was what aprepitant acts on nk1 receptors - big deal.

Kaplan is RIDICULOUS for pharm. I scored exceptionally well on the NBME test for pharm just weeks ago, and I'm at like 50% on QBank pharm. Ignore Kaplan. Read First Aid, know the drugs cold, you'll be good.

Yes, my strategy. Pharm is my weak sauce for sure, and I'm only going to try to know FA cold on it.

Yes, I am definitely studying 2nd messengers, G proteins, potency/efficacy, etc.
